Setting a deadline is essential in your planning but estimation is a mathematical analysis that very few people can do it accurately. If you set a deadline that is hard to meet thinking to achieve success more quickly, you can easily commit mistakes due to the pressure of meeting deadlines and it becomes twice as daunting.
It is even more deadly if you did not set a deadline or no action is taken toward your goal. “An idea that is developed and put into action is more important than an idea that exists only as an idea”. To accomplish something, you need to think about it and put it into action. When you don’t put thought into action, the chances of it not happening are pretty high. When you do set goals, you need to make sure that they are specific and that you use them to achieve your goals.
It is common that people are often trapped in a paradigm and thus tend to set boundaries when trying to achieve their goals. This will limit the growth in terms of experience and encouragement. Only stretching yourself over the boundaries can enrich you with the qualities necessary for the achievement of success.

The need to keep track of the progress on regular basis is also very important. Therefore, discussing the problems and rectification with the right people is crucial. Speaking to the wrong people will not only hinder your progression it also makes the whole process more confusing and at times negative comments or wrong comments can make you demotivated and demoralised.
